Simple, Heres an environment where gamers can come to VENT! 

With the fanboi wars raging on all over the internet, more and more game-site communities are turning away from the ‘heated discussion’ that certain elements within their congregation contribute… Here at Venting-Gamer we celebrate your fandom, and if its stupid we’ll work equally as hard to shoot you down .

Thats the community we are striving to generate, those with opinions and the wit to back them up! But we also intend to keep the discussions civil, if not constructive.

Venting-Gamer is the Australian take on Gaming.  The site brings together a group of friends, our WONDERFUL (sic) staff of average working class (yes, we have other  jobs) enthusiasts with the intent to contribute a different line in social commentary around this entertainment medium that soaks up so much of our spare time.

Each Staff member maintains a Personal blog, which we encourage readers to check out and comment on; while new comers can get the quick look into our thinking by checking out the Profiles section.

For now the site will maintain a ‘low-media’ approach, as we go through our establishment & early life phases. However, we hope in time to implement Video & Audio blogs (lets call them ‘blogcasts’) and up the ‘rich-content’ qualities of the site. Beyond that who knows what the future holds for Venting-Gamer…

In the mean time we hope you get a kick out of our site, as we dont intend on holding back in expressing our views on the industry, the community and most importantly… the games!
